Summer Fun Camp for kids ages 10 to 13 Only Art, Aerial Yoga and Traditional Yoga
Monday and Thursdays (90min): Yoga and grounding exercises
Tuesday and Friday (90min): Aerial Yoga
Wednesday: Art (Breathwork Practice 30min. Art techniques 60min)
Kids will learn about healthy stretching routines, breathing exercises to help self regulate emotions, fun poses on the mat and in the swing, and will discover ways to express their emotional experience through color and shapes
Waivers must be signed in person by guardian/parent

Minimum registrations required, to make sure the kids have a good time and make new friends
Small group work. Minimum 3 kids registrations required for camp.
Required: Short sleeve shirts. Knee length pants (kids with tank-tops or short shots will not be able to participate in the days' activity
Kids with special limitations must be accompanied by parent or guardian for the full length of the session, all 5 sessions.
