Join us in West Yorkshire for a day filled with exploring nature's late summer bounty.
Not one but two expert guides will lead you on a foraging wander, here you'll discover a variety of wild & medicinal foods, including berries, hips and fungi.
Learn about the benefits of these edible treasures, how to safely identify them and create your own wellbeing remedies.
We will focus on a variety of beautiful late summer berries, hips and haws and their ability to boost our defences & create some healing vinegars and syrups to prepare is for the colder months ahead.
After building up an appetite you can also enjoy a seasonal wild food inspired lunch before creating your own wild remedies.
This is a unique opportunity to connect with nature and expand your knowledge of wild ingredients with two professional foragers, both members of the association of foragers.
