Daily Schedule: 1.5 Hours of Elite Instruction

Focus: Explosive Power, Position-Specific Agility, and Football IQ
What We Build
We don’t just run "standard" drills. We focus on the high-level mechanics that separate the good from the great:
Explosive First Step: Master acceleration and deceleration mechanics to beat your opponent to the spot.
Lateral Quickness: Position-specific agility drills (Shuttle, Weave, and L-Drill) to improve change-of-direction.
Vertical & Broad Power: Plyometric training to increase your "jump" and tackling force.
High-Speed Coordination: Ball-handling and footwork drills designed to be performed at game speed.
Daily Breakdown
Day 1: Speed & Linear Acceleration. Focus on sprinting mechanics and explosive starts.
Day 2: Agility & Change of Direction. Mastering the "cut" and staying low through transitions.
Day 3: Power & Competition. Combining all skills into high-intensity, football-specific challenges. Price $99 for members $125 for non-members
