Summer Flight Lab is an 8-week jump performance program designed specifically for middle school and high school athletes who want to improve their vertical jump, explosiveness, and on-court dominance.

Whether you're preparing for the fall volleyball season or looking to elevate your performance for summer and fall basketball, this program is built to help you rise above the competition.

• Dates: June 15 – August 7
• Duration: 8 Weeks
• Frequency: 2 sessions per week
• Scheduling: Multiple time slots available each day

After registration, athletes will receive access to our scheduling platform to select the days and times that best fit their summer schedule.

This is not just jumping — it’s a complete explosive performance system:

• Vertical jump development (approach + standing)
• Plyometrics and reactive strength (RSI)
• Strength training for power output
• Landing mechanics and injury prevention
• Acceleration and takeoff mechanics
