Fire Element: Cacao & Qi Gong
Embrace the warmth of the Fire element with an energizing session. Ignite the fire in your heart with the delicious medicine of cacao and find your flow with the moving meditation of Qi Gong
Drop into your heart and let it expand; tap into the love of all that fills your world. This summer, Jasmine from Kind Mind and Jasmine from Crazy Good Experience are collaborating to create a 2-hour workshop that will set you alight to shine bright this sunny season.
With a focus on the Heart and Small Intestine meridians lines, this workshop will encourage joy, connection, and emotional openness, inviting you to cultivate inner light and radiance.
This gathering will nurture you holistically; lets us celebrate our hearts as we sink into the festive season and end of the year.
What will the workshop entail?
~Drop into the space with a guided meditation that opens the heart chakra and reflects on self-love, compassion, and connection
~Go deeper with a delicious Cacao ceremony, guiding you on a journey into the depth of your heart and find a new profound acceptance of what it means to be you
~Using sounds from the Medicine drum to assist you with breathwork and other magical instruments to guide you into a place of pure bliss and oneness.
~Time to ignite the fire with a moving meditation that will encourage balance to the body, mind and spirit., Using QiGong we will journey through a story of Traditional Chinese ~Medicine that explains the meridian lines, acupressure points and the emotions that are associated with this season. Using techniques from the water element to encourage clarity.
~Take some time to rest as we move around the space, offering Reiki and hands-on gentle massages (for those who are interested) as you absorb all the love and light around you.
~Closing the circle together with a Kundalini Mantra Chant(Wahe Guru Wahe Jio) embodies joy and connection to the Divine.
This will be highly effective for heart-opening, and cultivating a sense of gratitude and reverence for life.
