Want to find out what it’s like to talk to someone across the planet using just a radio and some wire?This June, the Salem Amateur Radio Club invites you to come join our Summer Field Day!
It’s a giant 24-hour radio event where operators make as many long-distance contacts as possible all while practicing emergency communications.
Come watch, learn, ask questions and even get on the air yourself!
We will have a special station setup just for unlicensed visitors.
