Admission is always free for: AGGV Members and SEE ART pass holders, visitors aged 25 and under, all Indigenous Peoples, and support workers accompanying visitors who need assistance (Leisure Assistant Pass holders).

The AGGV is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible destination for all to enjoy. The main entrance is wheelchair accessible with a ramp on the left side of the entrance with no handrail. There is one set of power doors located at the left side of the entrance at the top of the ramp.

Art Gallery of Greater Victoria sits on the unceded and traditional territory of the Lkwungen-speaking peoples, today known as the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations, and WSÁNEĆ First Nations.
