WHAT TO EXPECT

1. Arrival - 10:15am
Make sure to sign in and grab a raffle ticket upon arrival, prize winners will be announced after the fitness class. Please be punctual, as we plan to start the fitness class promptly.

2. Fitness Class - 10:30am
A mixture of Functional Strength and HIIT, this class allows you to go at your own pace while still challenging yourself. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, you'll find the perfect balance of intensity and support.

3. Prizes - 11:15am
Win exclusive training packages and gain access to cutting-edge 3D scanning technology to help you stay on top of your goals.

WHAT TO BRING

Just bring yourself and your enthusiasm! Mats, towels, and water will be supplied. Get ready to have a fun.

Metered parking is accessible directly in front of the studio, with additional street parking available on nearby side streets. Once parked, just head over to the studio.
