Class Description:Working in groups of four, students will design and program LEGO robots to conquer interactive obstacles. Through collaboration, problem-solving, and shared decisions, teams will trigger moving features and continuously improve their robot’s performance.
In this exciting and immersive STEMii robotics camp, students will design, build, and program LEGO robots to navigate a real-life obstacle course filled with interactive LEGO installations. Campers will take on fun, hands-on challenges where their robots might trigger a drawbridge to lower, move cargo, or complete other interactive tasks along the way.
Students will use problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork to refine their robots and tackle new missions, all while learning the fundamentals of coding, engineering, and robotics. The course is designed to simulate real-world environments using LEGO structures, giving students a chance to see how robots can interact with the world around them in meaningful ways. Students will have gained practical STEM skills and the confidence to take on future tech challenges—while having a blast along the way.
