On Saturday, June 6, and Sunday, June 7, Rev. Earl Ikeda will again hold his Summer Breeze introduction to Asian Brush Painting Workshop, sharing with you the art of painting with Sumi-e (black ink) and fude (brush). He will also share and demonstrate his understanding of Chinese and Japanese calligraphy.
Each workshop will be held from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the American Buddhist Study Center,
331 Riverside Drive, 3rd Floor, New York City. You may sign up for only one day, or for both days. Donations are appreciated; the suggested amount for one day is $35, or $50 for both days. Brush painting materials and light refreshments will be provided.
