Summer Body Blitz for 2026🙌🏻Wednesday’s at Highcliffe St Marks School
6 weeks starting 3rd June. Classes include Wednesday 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th June & 1st , 8th July 2026
💃🏻 30 minutes of feel good cardio (think simple, easy-to-follow, heart-raising moves — no complicated choreography!)
💪🏼 30 minutes of bodyweight strength (fully adaptable, go at YOUR pace, no pressure)
You can either do a 30 minute session (cardio or strength) or why not go for the full 60 minute Body Blitz for an all over workout.
It’s supportive.
It’s encouraging.
And yes… there will still be BIG tunes 🎶😉
Plus… we’ll be making the most of the outdoor space in the sunshine ☀️ ☀️
Fresh air, lighter evenings, and that amazing midweek energy boost.
