Spring’s intentions flower fully as summer radiates warmth and light. Energy overflows, days stretch long, and connection comes with ease.
Summer marks the height of yang: the season of joy, laughter, silliness, and communion. We’re more social and more active as life demands an external focus. The fire element aids us to expand fully and meet the world with open arms. The heart and small intestine encourage us to discern what truly nourishes so we can move toward it. The sense of taste invites us to savor the sweetness of being alive, to delight in life’s abundance, and to let our warmth ripple out to others.
In this workshop, we’ll orient ourselves to summer’s vibrant energy and cultivate heart-centered expansion. Through playful, whimsical flow, we’ll move with lightness and ease. Cooling breathwork and longer held Yin postures will balance heat, while meditation and guided reflection will help us root into joy and connection.
You’ll leave feeling uplifted, radiant, and alive in the fullness of summer.
