EO, EOA, and Emeritus members, together with their significant others, are warmly invited to a private summer gathering on Medicine Lake.
Join Blair Budlong, Samantha Gardner, Joel Schrimpf, and Andrew Duneman for an afternoon centered around exceptional food, relaxed lakefront hospitality, and connection with fellow members.
Joel Schrimpf will lead a smoked meat master class, sharing his approach to preparing and slow-smoking ribs and chicken wings, with multiple smokers going throughout the afternoon.
As the food cooks low and slow, guests can settle into the rhythm of the day — enjoying drinks, conversation, swimming, floating, jet skiing, or simply unwinding by the water. This is meant to be an easy and memorable summer experience with a great group, where the pace is relaxed and dinner is served only when it is truly ready.
