Join us for summer camp! This two-day camp takes place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Charles Allis Art Museum and is designed for children ages 8 to 13.June 25 + 27 | Theme: The Mighty DOT
We use dots for many things like the period at the end of each sentence or the dot that goes over a lowercase "i." But, have you ever thought about the dot's mighty power in art?
Stippling is the process of using dots and very small dashes to create an image. Different-sized dots and their spacing create different effects. These tiny dots can create form, shape, depth, contrast, light, and shadows to build a picture!
Come join us and create a detailed dot-to-dot artwork and stippling masterpiece during our Kids Summer Camp on June 25 and 27.
