Week Seven (July 23rd-26th): Art Theme Park Pre-K through 8th Grade
Step Right Up and experience art like never before! Inspired by the sights, sounds, and thrills of the theme park. At Art Theme Park, there is no height requirement to create something amazing! What will your ride car look like? How tall is the big top tent?
Discuss inventions, the world, and possibilities of the future, while expressing their own creativity.
Our campers will have the opportunity to work on collaborative projects, learning how to communicate and work together to achieve a common goal. We'll also focus on individual expression, encouraging each camper to bring their own unique style and vision to their artwork.
At Create Your World Summer Camp, we'll be combining the fun and excitement of gaming with the limitless potential of art. Each week a Special Guest Artist will visit us to share their techniques and art within the weekly theme. Camp producer and collage artist Derek Gores will lead some of the prompts in this exciting week full of surreal surprises. Oh, THAT can be art? Get artsy while cooling off with a water activity on Thursday! Then Friday is the big show! Campers will put on an art show to display their water-inspired creations for all to see! Join us for a fun-filled week of exploration, creativity, and endless possibilities!
