Summer Adventure Day Camp

Kids ages 4 - incoming 6th grade are invited to join us for Summer Adventure Half-Day Camp at First Christian Church of Orange! Summer Adventure will run the week of August 3-6th from 9am-12:00pm, and it is FREE!

At Summer Adventure, kids are invited to explore what it means to help build a kinder world. Daily activities include art, games, stories, skits, and more.

• Register each camper on Eventbrite
• Check your email when we get close to camp for an online registration packet. These forms can be submitted online. (Copies will also be available to fill out at camp)

A note about Summer Adventure:

Each day, we’ll engage a story from the New Testament as one way to explore themes like compassion, empathy, inclusion, and sharing. We honor that every camper comes from their own background and beliefs, and we are committed to creating a space where all feel welcomed and respected.

Example Schedule (subject to change):

9am: Arrive and meet with groups

9:15am: Camp opening. Songs, skits, and announcements.

9:30-10:00am: Games/Sports

10:05-10:35am: Storytime

10:40 - 11:05am: Snack/Cooking

11:10 - 11:40am: 9:30-10:10am: Craft/Art/Science

11:45am-12pm: Camp closing. Songs and announcements.
