Athletes can join a 10-week, two hour program held every Monday morning that combines on-field quarterback and wide receiver training with speed and agility work through MASH Performance, along with daily discussions centered on leadership and mental performance.The program follows a structured weekly schedule while offering personalized coaching for both quarterbacks and receivers. To keep the environment advanced and fast-paced, quarterback and wide receiver spots are limited this year. The program is for current 4th-7th graders. Weekly sessions emphasize competition, teamwork, and high-level position-specific development.
