Eli Tausen á Lava (f. 1997) er tónaskald, pianistur, ljóðlistamaður og elektroniskur tónleikari úr Føroyum. Hann granskar evni sum søgu, fólkasøgu, mythologi, gand og tað okkulta ígjøgnum eina filmiska og oftast minimalistiska linsu.
Nýggjasta EP'in hjá honum, Book of Lies (2025), er ein listarlig kanning av esoterisku lærdómunum í kenda verkinum (við sama heiti) hjá Aleister Crowley.
Verkið Let me cry (2022), varð nýliga framført av Føroya Symfoniorkestri sum partur av vár skránni hjá teimum og varð eisini framført av BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra til Nordic Music Days 2024.

Eli Tausen á Lava (b. 1997) is a composer, pianist, sound artist, and electronic musician from the Faroe Islands. Through a cinematic and often minimalist lens, he explores themes of history, folklore, mythology, magic, and the occult.
His recent EP Book of Lies (2025) is an artistic exploration of the esoteric teachings in Aleister Crowley's famous work of the same name.
Eli Tausen á Lava's orchestral work Let me cry (2022) was performed by the Faroese Symphony Orchestra as part of their spring 2026 program, as well as by the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra at Nordic Music Days 2024.
He holds a master's degree in music theory and composition from New York University, where he studied with Julia Wolfe and Michael Gordon, co-founders of Bang on a Can.
