Overview
QPR is a recognized approach that trains everyday people from all walks of life to recognize suicide warning signs, take immediate steps to mitigate risk of a suicide attempt, and make referrals to competent professional care. QPR training is one way to build community, connectedness, and knowledge to understand the issues concerning suicide and mental health, help others in crisis, and change the conversation around suicide.

There will also be a Meditative Session with Healing Arts Artist Shannon Harris! Shannon Harris’ career spans the vast landscape of information technology, anthropology, ethnomusicology, global music studies, wellness, and sound energy science. His journey in the art and music fields spans four decades, six continents, and numerous cultural and spiritual traditions.. For the last 20+ years Shannon has dedicated his life to wellness research and development through his trademarked proprietary protocols, Audio Pharmacology™ and Frequency as a Ph*rm*cy™. Through his work in the mindfulness field, Shannon has become a subject matter expert on sound science research and therapies. He works in the mindfulness sector in Silicon Valley, Hollywood, Seattle, New York, Chicago, India, Africa, and Central/ South America as a mindfulness coach and brain/body entrainer.
