You have been bereaved by suicide, or sudden death, would like to join our Peer Support Group, sometimes talking esp with others who have been through a similar experience can be so therapeutic. Our group starts back on the first Wednesday evening of every month.
If your bereavement has been recent or years ago, if you are a parent, sibling, partner, or friend, your welcome.
There will be a short meditation to start, an introduction, looking at what grief means to us and so much more.
