JOIN US on Friday, October 3 to raise awareness about suicide and remember those who have died by suicide. September is Suicide Prevention month and October is Recovery Month. Everyday is about caring for our mental and emotional health. A walk through town together is healing and impactful for us and the community. 5:30 pm - Meet at the Family Services of Warren County Office at 119 Market St., Warren (previously the Jefferson Tea House).
Please wear Purple or Teal - glow sticks provided and sidewalk chalk available to decorate the sidewalks.
Teal represents healing and calm, while purple symbolizes courage and survival. Together, they create a powerful visual symbol that says “It’s okay to talk about this” and “There is hope.”
Brought to you by CORE and the Warren County Suicide Prevention Coalition. Sponsored by Family Services of Warren County, White Deer Run, & Warren County YMCA
