Each guest is invited to bring a dessert to share, either homemade or sourced from a local cottage baker. We’re keeping this event intentionally small and community-focused, highlighting local talent and creating a cozy space to connect over sweets.

Spend the afternoon enjoying a beautifully curated spread of cakes and treats, sampling desserts, and mingling with fellow dessert lovers.

How it works:

• Come ready to sample, mingle, and enjoy

Spots are limited to keep the experience intimate.

Location & Event Details 📍

Sugar Social will take place outdoors in the grassy area at 3330 McKinley Blvd, near the Shepherd Center at McKinley Park.

The event runs from 12:00–3:00 PM. Guests participating in the cake picnic may drop off desserts between 10:00–11:30 AM.

We encourage guests to make it an afternoon picnic experience—feel free to bring a picnic lunch, blankets, and anything needed to relax and enjoy the park setting while sampling desserts and connecting with the community.
