What is Cupping?
Cupping is a great way to taste multiple coffees side by side and is the method used by coffee farms, exporters, roasters and cafes to choose prefered beans for brewing.
The process involves different freshly ground coffees brewed with water in cupping bowls and then tasted.
The session will be led by SUEDHANG roaster Chisa.
All levels of experience are welcome.
Do I need to bring anything?
You may wish to bring a notepad if you want to make tasting notes.
