Shajane, Maha, Muzamil, Khatab, and the voice of poet Chaikhoon form a cinematic chorus—young, politically defiant, and artistically fearless. In their twenties, they stand at the front lines of a revolution, confronting a corrupted army and paramilitary militias responsible for brutal war crimes in Darfur, Kordofan, and Blue Nile. They could have lost hope before they even began. Instead, through chants, poems, and dreams, they built a movement that helped topple a regime.
