About our Presenter:
Jeff Papach is a C-Suite Executive and former Business Owner with an extensive career in light and heavy manufacturing. As the Regional Director for SEWN – Northeast, he is responsible for clients in 18 counties in NE Pennsylvania.
Jeff brings a unique perspective to the position, shaped by leadership roles in both large public corporations and privately held businesses. Having successfully navigated small business ownership, Jeff fully understands the challenges faced by smaller firms. He brings a practical, hands-on perspective focused on profitable results.
Jeff’s core competencies include Business Development, Lean/Six Sigma, Financial Analysis, and HR utilization. Academic and professional credentials include Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP): Accredited by the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) of Chicago, Lean/Six Sigma Certification: Villanova University, and a Bachelor of Science -Business & Economics: Lehigh University.
