Media Waiver;
Registering for this event aknowledges East New York Success Community Garden will be permitted to to use your likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.
Successs Garden and its affliates reserve the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, waived are any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears, right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the media.
Completed registration affirms the following;
-Understanding of the above photo release.
- The Participant is at 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR, OLDER.
-Are capable of getting the Real/ Artificial tree and any accompaniments off the propperty (home) without host assistance.
