**Submerge Social Terms and Conditions:**

By registering and purchasing a ticket for the Submerge Social, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions. Please carefully review this agreement before proceeding with your registration and ticket purchase.

**Assumption of Risk:** You understand that participating in the Submerge Social may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, and unforeseen circumstances. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in the event. Please note that individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian to use the cold plunge tubs, but they are welcome to participate in all other aspects of the programming.

**Release of Liability:** To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Submerge Inc. and its event organizers from any and all liability for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, illnesses, losses, or expenses that you may incur as a result of your participation in the event, regardless of the cause of such claims, including negligence, breach of contract, or other legal theories.

**Personal Responsibility:** You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your health, safety, and well-being during the event. You are responsible for assessing the risks involved and taking appropriate precautions to ensure your own protection.

**Compliance with Rules and Regulations:** You agree to comply with all rules, regulations, instructions, and directions provided by Submerge Social organizers, venue staff, and authorized personnel during the event. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in your removal from the event premises without refund or compensation.

**Photography and Media:** By attending the Submerge Social, you grant Submerge Inc the right to capture and use photographs, videos, or other media recordings of you for promotional, marketing, or any other lawful purposes without any compensation or approval required.

**Severability:** If any provision of this agreement is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By completing the sign-up process and purchasing a ticket for the Submerge Social, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. You acknowledge that this agreement is binding upon you, your heirs, executors, representatives, and assigns.

If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please do not proceed with the sign-up process or purchase a ticket for the Submerge Social event.
