In this hybrid circle, we’ll:

• Ground ourselves with a calming meditation to set the tone.
• Reflect on personal goals and intentions through journaling and guided prompts.
• Share insights and create a collective space for giving and growth.
• Conclude with a gratitude practice and a renewed sense of purpose.
• Enjoy light bites and refreshments in the first hour, and then join our onland community for the second hour.
