About this Event
Welcome to Cancer Community Yoga & Mindfulness classes! Join us online for a warm welcome and a heart opening experience. These workshops are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals impacted by cancer. Whether you are a cancer patient, survivor, caregiver or work in Oncology, these classes are open to all. Through gentle yoga and mindfulness practices, we aim to promote relaxation, healing, and a sense of community. Come and nourish your mind, body, and soul with us!
