Our expert instructor will guide you through the process of selecting and slicing a variety of cheeses, meats, and artisanal accompaniments, as well as arranging them to create a feast for both the eyes and the palate. Plus, enjoy a wine tasting with Mad Nice's Beverage Director and Sommelier, Bruce Felts.
