Join the Medicine Hat Interpretive Program in collaboration with the Medicine Hat College Students’ Association (@studentsassociationmhc) on Wednesday, April 8th, starting at 11:00 am, for Stuff Swap: a pop-up free store that gives new life to old items and keeps things that are still useful from ending up in the landfill. Bring a few (5 or less) clean, portable items in good repair (like clothing, books, small housewares, games, toys, etc) to this come-and-go event at the Medicine Hat College Centennial Hall. The cut-off for donations is 2:00 pm and the event will wrap up at 3:00 pm.No spare stuff? No problem! There is always enough to go around. Large, broken, stained, ripped, incomplete items or partially consumed products (like lotion or shampoo) will not be accepted. If it can’t be easily carried by one person, it is probably too big. Please avoid bringing boxes/bags full of multiple items as this pop-up event does not have the capacity to deal with large amounts of stuff. It is not possible to drop off items in advance of the event. Members of the public are welcome to attend as well as students of the college.
