For $15, children, ages 2-6, will choose their stuffed animal to bring to life, make matching friendship bracelets and snacks, and receive a birth certificate and a bag to bring their new friend home in. This is a parent and child program. Registration deadline is April 14. The event will be held at the Garrett Park open shelter. In case of inclement weather, we will move indoors to the Hubbard Arts Center.
