STUDY HALL SEMINAR: ONE GOOD BOOK
What can we discover by reading slowly, carefully, and together? This course invites readers to dig in and spend four weeks immersed in a single, extraordinary book — 𝘚𝘮𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘓𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 by Claire Keegan.
We'll unpack the book's language and themes through close reading, and take time to notice what otherwise might go unseen. This is a course for those who believe one good book is enough to change the way we think.
This four-part seminar will be led by NCMA Winston-Salem Director Bill Carpenter and will meet on October 1st, 8th, 15th, & 22nd from 6:00–8:00.
