About this Event
Explore cartonería, the traditional Mexican art of paper mâché with artist, José Luis Ledezma, also known as Aguatl. In part one of this two-day workshop series, participants take the first step in creating a sculptural piece by learning the basics of cartonería, develop ideas, and build a simple mold using cardboard and paper mâché. Part two of this workshop will take place on August 1.
