One day only, KURA presents an intimate Studio Ghibli–inspired live jazz experience.
Drawing from Japanese listening-bar culture, this special lunch brings together live jazz, Japanese cooking, and guided sake in a focused, immersive setting.
Pianist Andy Mak and vocalist Nana Koizumi perform live jazz interpretations inspired by the music of Studio Ghibli — not as background, but as the centrepiece of the experience.
A chef-led lunch designed to match the pace of the music.
Guests will enjoy 3-day miso-marinated cod, slow-cooked over woodfire, served with miso soup and seasonal Japanese sides.
The menu is intentionally restrained — allowing the music, food, and sake to move together without distraction.
Guided sake pairing by Kana Aoyama.
Sake sommelier and educator Kana Aoyama (Sake Journey) presents a thoughtfully selected pairing designed to complement both the menu and the live performance.
Each sake is introduced with context and intention, enhancing the rhythm of the experience.
