Student Wellbeing Week: SpAH Sleek Physique

The ultimate in toning for those who want their muscles to look better, feel better, work better and burn more body fat. Try to get there a few minutes early to set up your weights.

We recommend wearing something you will be comfortable moving about in, suitable trainers, a bottle of water and possibly a towel. Our instructors will make sure you are warmed up and comfortable with the movements in the session before it gets going.
