About this Event
Maximum impact x maximum fun = maximum calories burned! It’s simple, but hard work, so not suitable for beginners.
We recommend wearing something you will be comfortable moving about in, suitable trainers, a bottle of water and possibly a towel. Our instructors will make sure you are warmed up and comfortable with the movements in the session before it gets going.
