About this Event

“Not used to cooking your own dinner? Stuck for ideas? Bored of ready meals? Sign up to our Student Survival workshop to get hands on in our kitchen on campus, get tips & tricks on how to make your food go further & learn the most delicious, simplest recipes to recreate throughout your time at university.

In this workshop you will make:

• Pomodoro Tomato Sauce

• Pasta Bolognese

• Peruvian Mole

• Tikka Masala

• Moroccan Slow Cooked Tagine

• Cook Rice, Pasta, Bulgur Wheat

At the Social Kitchen we only use plant based alternatives to meat for our workshops so we can teach you how to cook, introduce you to plant based alternatives & reduce our impact on the planet.

We will teach you using plant based but remember you can use the skills you learn to cook it however you like it at home.
