Join the College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP) for an exclusive conversation with Stuart Weitzman, visionary founder and former CEO of his iconic global footwear brand. Hear firsthand how he built a luxury label from the ground up, the game-changing decisions behind its growth, and his lessons on creative entrepreneurship, product innovation, and leadership. With a career spanning over fifty years, he has collaborated with renowned figures including Emma Chamberlain, Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, Serena Williams, and Kate Middleton—bringing design, culture, and creative entrepreneurship together in unforgettable ways.
Following the lecture in Aronoff 4400 (DAAP) on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, join Weitzman in the Reed Gallery reception who will be engaging directly with the audience and guests for one hour to discuss their interests and career paths.
Afterward, a select group of 10 students will be invited to a private dinner with Stuart Weitzman for deeper Q&A and mentorship. Students:
