Struggling On Purpose: How Social & Emotional Learning Moves Us In Purpose

Participants will examine how SEL frameworks can be applied through a racial equity lens to foster deeper self-awareness, build more inclusive environments, and drive meaningful change in both staff culture and program outcomes.

Through honest reflection and hands-on application, attendees will walk away with practical, real-time strategies they can implement immediately to strengthen their teams, center equity in their practice, and move their organizations forward with intention and purpose.
