This is an incredible opportunity to work with me creating your very own fully standing MOTORBIKE design, giving you full insight into the structure and how to ensure stability with real cake, working with complex shapes, external details and creating that sleek, high quality, flawless finish.Day 1: Stacking up and ganaching the cake, creating the external elements and covering/ detailing wheels, handle bars etc
Day 2: Covering the cake and building in the seat, tank and engine bays. Adding chrome detailing and bringing to life with dust or airbrush as required.
