It’s time to trade the solo sessions for some squad goals! We are officially bringing the StrongHER HYROX Invitational to Arlington, and we want YOU there to bring the heat.
We aren’t doing this alone—we’ve teamed up with the legends at @patriotcrossfit to host us in their amazing space! Whether you’re coming with your "ride or die" crew of 4 or showing up solo to make some new gym besties, we’ve got a spot for you.
Pro Tip: If you sign up solo, we’ll match you with your new favorite people!

- WHEN: Saturday, Jan 24th @ 1:00 PM
- WHERE: Patriot CrossFit, Arlington VA
- COST: $25 to enter
The Workout: "StrongHER 25"
Format: In Teams of 4, Complete As Many Repetitions As Possible (AMRAP) in 25:00.
The Buy-In:
- 25 Synchro Burpees Over Line (All 4 teammates must work together!)
The Main Event: Directly after the burpees, the team splits. Two (2) teammates work while two (2) teammates rest. You can switch roles whenever you like!
- Part A: Max Distance Row
- Part B: Accumulate reps of the following circuit:
- 50 Wall Balls (14 lbs @ 9')
- 40 Weighted Abmat Sit Ups (14 lbs)
- 30 Single Kettlebell Step Back Lunges (35 lbs)
- 20 Kettlebell Swings (35 lbs)
- 10 Lateral Burpees Over Kettlebell
The Flow: Once the 25 synchro burpees are done, one teammate jumps on the rower (Part A) and one teammate starts the circuit (Part B). The other two rest. You can (and should!) switch between rowing, the circuit, and resting as often as you need to keep the intensity high!
Scoring:
- Part A Score: Total meters rowed.
- Part B Score: Total rounds and reps completed.
This is going to be an incredibly fun, high-energy day filled with sweat, community, and strong vibes. Who’s in?
