Hosted at MultiRay Resilience in Mosman, STRONGHER 2026 features age-specific workshops carefully designed to meet girls and women at each stage of development.
🌸 9:00am – LITTLE STRONGHER (Ages 4–5)
Play-based confidence and body awareness in a safe, supportive environment.
• Strong stance games
• Voice activation practice
• “My body is mine” learning
• Balance and coordination drills
A joyful introduction to strength and self-awareness.
💫 10:15am – RISING STRONGHER (Ages 6–9)
Building confidence and practical boundary skills.
• Awareness training
• Simple grip-release techniques
• Grounding under pressure
• Feel → Pause → Choose in action
Empowering young girls with tools they can use immediately.
🔥 11:45am – STRONGHER TWEEN (Ages 10–12)
Practical self-protection and growing social confidence.
• Real-world awareness skills
• Boundary setting
• Escape fundamentals
• Emotional regulation tools
• Confidence in voice and posture
Designed for girls entering pre-teen years and navigating new environments.

Real-world confidence and self-protection skills for high school girls.

• Social and relationship boundaries
• Nervous system resilience under stress
