The venue will include a lecture hall for theory sessions and two fully equipped training areas for practical work, featuring:

• kettlebells, barbells, and power racks
• pull-up bars and functional training tools
• flooring suitable for lifting and bodyweight training

• sbarre per trazioni e attrezzi per l’allenamento funzionale
• pavimentazione idonea al sollevamento e al lavoro a corpo libero
