Un’intera giornata dedicata alla forza, al movimento e alla community StrongFirst.
L’Open Day StrongFirst 2026 sarà un evento gratuito e aperto a tutti: un’occasione unica per vivere in prima persona i principi della scuola della forza, sotto la guida di istruttori certificati e membri della Leadership StrongFirst, insieme a ospiti speciali, italiani e stranieri, provenienti da realtà partner del mondo dell’allenamento e delle scienze motorie.
Durante la giornata potrai partecipare a sessioni pratiche dedicate alla tecnica, al movimento e all’allenamento intelligente, scoprendo come la forza possa migliorare ogni aspetto della performance e della vita quotidiana.
Il programma completo, i nomi degli istruttori e degli ospiti verranno annunciati nelle prossime settimane, un po’ per volta, fino all’apertura ufficiale delle iscrizioni.

A full day dedicated to strength, movement, and the StrongFirst community.
The StrongFirst Open Day 2026 will be an entirely free event open to everyone—a unique opportunity to experience the principles of the School of Strength firsthand, under the guidance of certified instructors and members of the StrongFirst Leadership, together with special guests, both Italian and international, from partner organizations in the world of strength training and movement science.
Throughout the day, you’ll take part in practical and educational sessions focused on technique, movement, and intelligent training, discovering how strength can enhance every aspect of performance and daily life.
The complete schedule, along with the list of instructors and guests, will be revealed over the coming weeks, step by step, leading up to the official opening of registrations.
