If you’ve completed Kettlebell 101, 201, and 301, are an SFG I certified Instructor, or have trained with a StrongFirst SFG II Certified Instructor—Kettlebell 401 will help you level up.
You will learn:
- Advanced Military Press Techniques: Maximize power and control with drills like the Double Military Press and See Saw Press.
- Bottom-Up Mastery: Challenge your grip, stability, and coordination with the demanding Bottom-Up Clean, Press, and Squat.

The Kettlebell 501 Workshop is your ultimate preparation for the next level of the gold standard of kettlebell training: the SFG II Instructor Certification. If you’ve built your foundation through the Kettlebell 401 Workshop and the core StrongFirst curriculum, it’s time to elevate your skill set, strength, and coaching capabilities to elite levels.
You will learn:
- The Jerk and Double Jerk: Master the explosive, full-body power of this essential ballistic lift.
- Windmill and Bent Press: Achieve unparalleled loaded mobility and advanced pressing strength.
