As part of European Mental Health Week—an initiative led by Mental Health Europe—join Relocation Counseling for a community walk in Vondelpark, Amsterdam.
This year’s theme, “Stronger Together: Prioritise Mental Health in a Changing Europe,” reminds us that while life across Europe is rapidly evolving, we don’t have to navigate it alone.
This walk is for anyone living abroad or building a life in a country different from where they started—and those who support them.
Together, we will:
* Create space for connection and shared experience
* Acknowledge the emotional impact of living abroad
* Move away from isolation and toward community
* Reflect on how we can support mental health—collectively
Because mental health is not just individual—it is shaped by the environments we live in, the systems we navigate, and the communities we are part of.
