Did ya make it to the workshop(details to follow) we were running from 1-3 today and didn't want the fun to stop? Well...
Join Thornapple Circle and House Datura as we craft connections (and charms) to help during these dark months and times.
The ~1st hour of the night will be devoted to waiting on everyone to show up (cuz pagan standard time is a thing).
Afterwards, we will sanctify the space, create charms (all you knitters, feel free to purge your stash), and empower them.
To end, we'll be having a pitch in, pot luck and ask that folks bring dishes to share, reusable dishes/cutlery, and their own drink if possible (all of these will be provided, but in limited quantities, sadly).
And sounds like World Tree Community Collective's is having dance party afterwards!!
Who are Thornapple Circle and House Datura, you ask?
House Datura is the core group of Thornapple Circle. The seed of inspiration were planted in the mid 2010s when Michael Messer noticed that while Indy has a huge pagan population, it seems to lack education and event leaders. Fast forward ~15 years and the time was finally right for HD to get off the ground. Joined by Ashley, Hex, and Chris, we built this group to fill the obvious hole created by the Covid pandemic.
We are an American Traditional Witchcraft Circle that focuses on practical applications of witchcraft, whose members have been involved in local pagan community-building for several decades. In pooling our collective experience, we hope to create a diverse space for education, rituals, celebrations, and much more."
