Most runners waste their off-season. This is your chance to use it wisely, building the foundation for your best 2026 race season.
Stronger Strides is a small-group, DPT-led program built for runners who want more than just a training plan. They want to understand how their body works, why things hurt, and how to keep running for the long haul.
Your off-season is the perfect time to reset, rebuild, and train smarter. From June to August, we’ll focus on the tools that help you return to racing season stronger, faster, and more resilient.
This is a clinical program. Not a running club. Not a group fitness class. A physical-therapy-informed series that gets into the mechanics, load management, and injury prevention side of running that most coaches and training plans skip entirely.
What's Included:
✅ 40–45 minutes of progressive, run-specific therapeutic strength and mobility work each session
✅ Running gait and mechanics education; what to look for, what to change
✅ Load management guidance: how to train without overloading
✅ Weekly clinical learning modules on common running injuries (IT band, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, shin splints), causes and solutions
✅ Expert oversight in a small-group therapeutic setting
✅ Perfect for runners who don't cross-train enough, or don't know where to start

• Anyone returning to running after a break, an injury, or postpartum

Limited to 10 participants. Registration required. $165 for the full 8-week series, no drop-ins.
