About This Event
Ridgefield Park's Mayor's Wellness Campaign is proud to offer Stronger for Life sessions led by The Injury Preventer, Bergen's Best Physical Therapy practice. Whether you're looking to stay active, reduce pain, or simply move better in daily life, these sessions are designed for you.
What to Expect:
- Strength and flexibility exercises tailored to all fitness levels
- Injury prevention techniques you can use in everyday life
- Expert instruction from Dr. Cosimo Carrieri, Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Focus on maintaining healthy movement and reducing pain
- Supportive, welcoming environment where you can move at your own pace
About Your Instructor: Dr. Cosimo Carrieri founded The Injury Preventer with a passion for helping individuals maintain healthy musculoskeletal systems and preventing injuries before they start. With expertise in ergonomics, soft tissue work, and pain management, Dr. Carrieri brings comprehensive wellness knowledge to help you move and feel better.

Class Details: 📅 Thursdays: 3/5, 3/19, 3/26, 4/2, 4/9 ⏰ 7:00 PM 📍 Civic Center (upstairs), Ridgefield Park 💰 FREE for Ridgefield Park residents
**There will not be a session on 3/12
Accessibility Note: If you need elevator access, please enter through the Nutrition Center. The loft doors only have stair access.
About the Mayor's Wellness Campaign
This program is part of the statewide Mayor's Wellness Campaign, a community health initiative led by the New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute in partnership with the New Jersey State League of Municipalities. These classes were chosen based on resident votes—we heard you, and this campaign is for YOU!

- Registration is required
- Limited capacity—register early to secure your spot
- Free to Ridgefield Park residents
- All fitness levels and ages welcome
- Move at your own pace with expert guidance
What to Bring:
- Water bottle
- Towel
- Comfortable workout clothes
- Athletic shoes
- Yoga mat (if you have one—not required)
